Kato Kazuki's FC booklet VOICE Vol. 22 finally arrived today.

Vol. 23 Winter will becoming out next month.

Finally got the chance to scan Vol. 4....I'm kind sad that it didn't contain as many pages as the last one...the first two pic are scans of the clear file folder that came with the FC booklet....I can't wait until they release Vol. 5 of the booklet in June if I read it correctly.
